If the availability of 2G networks in your country deteriorates, and VDD has more frequent outages, we offer you the option of exchanging your old 1x/2x VDD for a newer 3x VDD version with a 4G modem.

Conditions:

1) The VDD must be functional, it does not need to have a box, instructions, etc.

2) VDD was not purchased at a discount or sale

3) VDD was purchased before June 1, 2024

4) CFE must be functional with copy of proof of purchase

How to make an exchange?

first option:

1) In the helpdesk, you create a new ticket of the type "E-shop - Return / Claim of goods / Upgrade VDD to 3X version"

2) Send us your old 1x/2x VDD (2G modem) according to the instructions in the helpdesk

3) After receiving your old VDD and checking it, we will send you a new VDD in version 3x (4G modem)

second option:

1) You buy a new 3x VDD (4G modem)

2) In the helpdesk, you create a new ticket of the type "E-shop - Return / Goods complaint / VDD upgrade to 3X version"

3) After receiving your old VDD and checking it, we will refund you a proportional part according to the exchange prices.

Exchange price:

1) VDD purchased less than 24 months before the update request: EUR 50 excl. VAT + postage

2) VDD purchased more than 24 months before the update request: EUR 100 excl. VAT + postage

3) Exchange of CFE for VDD 3x + 2 month subscription: EUR 100 without VAT + postage
