Yes and no. You can use your VDASH account (and any good DiCE) to do the configuration changes of your car, still you need to have the CEM unit unlocked first. This cannot be done online for SPA/CMA platforms.

This can be done by reading CEM flash on the bench (and we do not provide such service), or reloading your car at a dealer, then providing certain log files from that PC.
