When can I request a refund?

Unused credit can be returned to your bank account within 21 days of purchase. After 21 days, you can no longer request a transfer of purchased credit back to your bank account. The cost of the transfer of funds is borne by the purchaser (bank charges, exchange rate difference).


When can I request a refund?

If a purchased feature does not work properly (does not apply to vehicle reconfiguration) or there is an error during software upload caused by a VDASH system error. In this case, the credit will be returned to the VDASH account and can be used again.


When is it not possible to request a credit/funds back to my account?

- If a PIN is required for the selected function and the user has not verified this in advance
- if the vehicle is not equipped with the necessary HW for the purchased function
- if the vehicle's communication is interfered with by a non-original or incorrectly installed CAN bus unit
- if the battery in the vehicle or in the computer runs out during recording
- if the recording was not successful due to a faulty communication device (DiCE, VXDIAG, VCX, VOE,...)
- if the recording was not successful due to loss of communication between the PC and the communication device (DiCE, VXDIAG, VCX, VOE,...)
- if the recording was not successful due to loss of communication between the client PC and the server of D5T5 s.r.o.
