This BigPack includes the do88 performance intercooler and a complete reverse-flow pressure pipe kit. It is designed for those with high power goals who want to upgrade to the absolute best. Replacing the intercooler alone is a major improvement, but combined with the do88 pressure pipes the gain is enormous.

A 59% increase in airflow and a 13°C reduction in intake air temperature is a remarkable improvement. The BigPack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, dramatically improving airflow and cooling performance compared to the original system.

The intercooler is an all-aluminium construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core design for maximum cooling efficiency and minimum pressure drop. The pressure pipes are manufactured from 2.5" mandrel-bent seamless stainless steel tubing with a reversed flow design — air flowing to the throttle body is taken from the bottom of the intercooler, making the do88 pipes 600mm shorter than the OEM pipes. The lower pipe features a custom cast and machined flange for secure mounting of the pressure and temperature sensor, eliminating the leakage issues that can occur at higher boost pressures with the original attachment. The silicone hoses are custom-made with four layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement — capable of withstanding high temperatures and pressures.

The do88 BigPack outperforms most FMIC installations, where only a small core front surface area is available and the unit is often partially mounted behind the bumper beam. The kit comes with all hardware necessary for installation. The full performance benefit is realized particularly after an ECU tune.
