This BigPack includes the do88 performance intercooler and a complete pressure pipe kit. It is designed for those with high power goals who want to upgrade to the absolute best. Replacing the intercooler alone is a major improvement, but combined with the do88 pressure pipes the gain is enormous.

A 24°C reduction in intake air temperature and a 10% increase in airflow is a remarkable improvement. The BigPack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, dramatically improving airflow and cooling performance compared to the original system.

The intercooler is an all-aluminium construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core design for maximum cooling efficiency and minimum pressure drop. The pressure pipes are manufactured from mandrel-bent aluminium tubing in 2.5" / 2.75" diameter. The silicone hoses are custom-made with four layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement — capable of withstanding high temperatures and pressures.

A common misconception is that an intercooler in the original position cannot perform well and that a front-mounted intercooler (FMIC) would always be superior. In reality, the do88 BigPack outperforms most FMIC installations, where only a small core front surface area is available and the unit is often partially mounted behind the bumper beam — resulting in cooling capacity that frequently falls below OEM levels.

The kit comes with all hardware necessary for installation. Upgrading makes sense even on a standard car, though the full performance benefit is realized particularly after an ECU tune.
