VDD update from 2G to 4G modem, or VDD buyback

 

In some countries, 2G networks are being phased out. We offer loyal customers the option of exchanging
the 2x VDD version with 2G modem for the 3x version

 

If the availability of 2G networks in your country deteriorates, and VDD has more frequent outages,

we offer you the option of exchanging your old 1x/2x VDD for a newer 3x VDD version with a 4G modem

or buyout of old 1x/2x VDD which lose connectivity due to 2G network roll of.

 

Conditions:

  • the VDD must be functional, it does not need to have a box, instructions, etc. 
  • before sending, 3 photos - from each side + connector
  • for full refunds, €40 per functional item
  • for VDD 3X purchases - refund/discount of €70 per new item

How to process

  • go to helpdesk and create new ticket "Return VDD" 
  • shipping address - Svojkov / Ke Koupalisti
  • parcel must be labeled by "RMA" code in the style of VDX-123
  • after arrival at the warehouse and acceptance, the purchase contract and money will be sent to the account / discount to the order (fill in order number)
  • after arrival and rejection by D5T5 due to bad conditions, the customer may request return shipping at the cost of postage / pick up in person
