When I enter my VIN number I receive notice that PIN is not available and cannot be decoded.
Does that mean I connot use VDASH on my car for it?
NO PIN is needed for the language change. Just do it.
You need CEM PIN to change the car configuration.
In certain cars there's another ECM PIN needed for Engine optimization.
