do88 Silicone Pressure Hose – Turbo Outlet for Volvo V70 / XC70 / S60 / XC90 D5 / 2.4D (2005–2014)

A hose kit developed by do88 to replace the original hoses in the turbo/intercooler system. The hoses are manufactured entirely from high-quality silicone with an inner layer of fluorosilicone for enhanced chemical resistance and longer service life. Depending on the inner diameter, the hoses feature three to five layers of reinforcement, allowing them to withstand high pressures and temperatures over extended periods. The original rubber hoses tend to crack with age — this is the durable solution that also improves the look of the engine bay.

If you have a 2005 model year vehicle, check your chassis number before ordering. This hose fits cars with the Euro 4 engine introduced during 2005 — after 15 May for manual gearbox vehicles and after 2 October for automatic gearbox vehicles.
