do88 Performance Intercooler for Volvo V70 / S60 / S80

This intercooler was developed by do88 as a direct replacement for the original part, delivering real performance gains without the need for major modifications to the vehicle.

Key advantages of the do88 performance intercooler over the OEM intercooler:

• Core volume: 13,068 cm³ (vs. 8,659 cm³), 51% larger!
• Air flow at 0.15 bar / 2.18 psi pressure drop: 319 CFM (vs. 272 CFM), 17% higher!
• Post-intercooler air temperature at the same conditions: 30°C (vs. 54°C), 24°C lower!

The intercooler features an all-aluminium construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core design to achieve maximum cooling efficiency combined with minimum pressure drop.

The OEM intercooler was designed for the power level the car left the factory with. Under increased power output or demanding driving conditions, its capacity may prove insufficient. The full performance benefit of the do88 intercooler is realized particularly after an ECU tune. Additionally, the original intercooler is fitted with plastic end tanks that struggle to cope with higher boost pressures — the do88 intercooler eliminates this concern with its fully aluminium construction.

The intercooler comes with all hardware necessary for installation. It fits all Volvo S60 / V70 / XC70 / S80 turbocharged models, with or without a sensor on the intercooler outlet — a mounting plate and a block-off plate for sensor-less applications are both included in the package.
