This intercooler is designed to deliver the best cooling efficiency even under demanding conditions. The increased core volume improves cooling efficiency and reduces intake air temperature. The cooling capacity of an OEM intercooler is in many cases insufficient, which directly affects usable power output. Installation note

On some vehicles, a lower cross-member (OE no. 30681520) is present in front of the intercooler. Prior to installation, this must be replaced with Volvo replacement part no. 31429723.
