How does the rental work?

  • You pay the full price of the item as a deposit
  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving the device
  • We will refund your deposit "Core Charge"
  • Not returning it? No problem - the item remains yours, the deposit is not refunded, and it becomes the purchase price

Please note that when ordering this item, the +CORE CHARGE variant must be added to your cart as well. Orders placed without this variant cannot be processed - the device will not be dispatched and the order will be cancelled.

VDD Deposit Refund

The deposit will be refunded upon receipt of the VDD in undamaged condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the refunded amount. In the event of damage or incomplete return, the right to a deposit refund is forfeited.

By ordering this rental VDD, the customer acknowledges that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, as the item is dispatched immediately upon order confirmation and is intended for short-term use with a scheduled return.

A credit note for this amount and the subsequent refund to your account will be issued once the VDD has been received back into our warehouse.
