VDASH – PRO Subscription

PRO is a one-year subscription with these benefits for you:

• 25% discount off end-user prices
• 10% discount on items in e-shop
• All the latest features that we are developing every day
• Free injector coding, custom service message, custom TFT boot screen for supported cars
• Advertising on D5T5.com and our other websites
• Local customer redirection from head office to your garage (if you are the nearest PRO dealer)
• Premium support from 9:00 to 16:00 for issues with using VDASH and during VDASH use — for example, when the car does not want to start after a software upload
• Does not contain faster CEM / ECM PIN decoding or any other PIN decoding premium functions!
• Contains 3 PRO tickets / year
• Does not contain any FLAT subscription. FLAT subscriptions have to be purchased separately.

Price of PRO subscription?

PRO costs €400 (excl. VAT) / year

or

Minimum turnover for the last 3 months has to be €400 (excl. VAT) / month (then the next month the account will be PRO).

How does premium support work?

The support is intended only for issues with using VDASH. For example:

• If you start uploading a language change and the car battery dies. In this case, we help you ASAP.
• If you upload engine optimization and the car does not want to start. In this case, we help you ASAP.

What kind of questions are not answered in premium support mode:

• How much does this and this cost...
• How can I read CEM with a flash programmer...
• When will this and this function be added to VDASH...
• Is it possible to retrofit this and this into my car...

These questions will be answered in standard mode, usually within a maximum of 30 days (nothing guaranteed).
VDASH premium support is also not for retrofits like adding adaptive cruise control into a car where it was not from the factory, etc.

How to contact PRO premium support?

Please use the question mark icon in VDASH in the upper right corner and try to describe the trouble as best as you can — VIN of the car, what happened, what you expect, and how to contact you.
Please use only English or Czech language if you want to communicate with us. 
Remember, we live in the Czech Republic and we may be sleeping at the time when you are working – please be patient.

Should you buy a PRO account?

If you can sell VDASH software for at least approx. €1,600 excl. VAT per year, then yes, it is better for you to buy PRO, because you save money and you are covered with premium support and your company will be displayed in our map as a PRO dealer.
