New VDASH Accounts and Subscriptions
VDASH users family is growing fast. Until now we’ve mixed professional garages with the hobbyist but, as one size subscription does not fit all, we’re bringing several new categories that shall help everyone to determine who is who.
Our new subscription categories are:
- Sponsored Home
This subscription is perfectly suitable for single home user, who just need to manage own cars without any needs of advanced diagnostics. This account allow to change car configuration from predefined templates and predefined engine optimizations. It saves the DTCs history and allow the electronic service book. This account has limited number of connected cars, does not allow injector coding.
This account is fully FREE and does not contain any guaranteed support.
- Small Garage
This account level is perfect for small or beginning garage, or eventually for better understanding of VDASH functions with VDD management. It is possible to connect unlimited unique cars for diagnostics. It is also possible to change injector codes for small fee. With this account you also get the flag on ours dealer map with possibility to present your service with pictures, service description and opening hours. As a little bonus is “service point” in our D5T5 Race & Quiz game!
This account cost 10€ excl. VAT / year and it contains limited support.
- Small Home
This account level is perfect for home user with lot of Volvo friends, or eventually for better understanding of VDASH functions with VDD management. It is possible to connect unlimited unique cars for diagnostics. It is also possible to change injector codes for small fee. With this account you also get the flag on ours dealer map and “service point” in our D5T5 Race & Quiz game!
This account cost 10€ excl. VAT / year and it contains limited support.
- Professional Garage
PRO account is good for bigger Volvo service. You get unlimited options for car configuration, which requires some deeper knowledges about Volvo cars. You can also load your own service message, graphical logo for all P3 2014+ TFT screens and change injector codes for FREE! There is also unlimited connected VDD for management and your own billboard in D5T5 Race & Quiz game!
This account cost 400€ excl. VAT / year and you get also 25% discount of end user SW prices and medium priority support.
- Professional Home
PRO Home is good for Volvo software / diagnostics guy. You get unlimited options for car configuration, which requires some deeper knowledges about Volvo cars. You can also load your own service message, graphical logo for all P3 2014+ TFT screens and change injector codes for FREE! We grant this subscription to ours best dealers with highest turnover, best technical skills and really deep Volvo knowledges. Historically our support has been the weakest point, therefore we decided to organise and centralise support channels creating a ticketing HelpDesk system via our website. Currently there are around 16,000 users and still growing. We receive hundreds of calls, emails, facebook and instagram messages, SMS and WhatsApps via our personal channel which is confusing and inefficient.. Now everybody in D5T5 will receive the message sent thru HelpDesk and this will streamline and speed up our support!

VDD – VDASH Dongle
VDD is our brand new diagnostic/function extender tool bringing benefits for end-user as well as for service technician!

For users:

All the VDD equipped cars are automatically monitored. When the regular service is due you can remind your customers. You can offer on the road support. All equipped cars are periodically checked for new DTCs. You are instantly made aware of potentially dangerous faults therefore avoiding large scale damages. On top of this mileage can be checked and DTCs read/cleared when unknown car is to be verified, purchased or imported.

Great news! Now you can connect all SPA or CMA cars with ethernet cable as with official VIDA. This feature spe-eds up diagnostics and software loading for SPA / CMA cars. Debit/Credit Card payments rolled out world-wide (a cheaper alternative to PayPal)
It is now possible to pay for credits using your Debit or Credit card, these transactions fees are much lower than those of PayPal ( the surcharge is 6% ) .
We do not charge any extra fees for Credit/Debit card payments.
You can pay directly in VDASH or in our e-shop. This payment method is available world-wide and is completely secure and safe. We (D5T5) do not have access to your card details, these stay at the ComGate payment gateway.

Input the VIN code into the search box; it will display most popular car configuration changes, prices, engine opti-mization possibilities, average mileage and other interesting information.
It is also possible to search for items in e-shop, wiki articles, etc to make the best of these features.
